The right to freedom of speech and expression

What is right? What is freedom? I'm pretty sure that it is so bright and clear that it blinds us all. We can yap about it all we want and it won't end unless either of us dies. Doesn't matter. What matter most is that what we all can understand equally; "speech" and "expression".

"Speech", in an easy to understand (my own) definition is, words that can be spurt out from one's mouth that may or may not make any sense and may or may not be heard by others.

"Expression" is by definition as above, is, any reaction of one's involvement to an event that is perceived by others.

 So, as per my definition, the first quote above that I quoted from Tun Dr. Mahathir's blog, contain a short speech or more commonly known as an insult. And my expression would be, "Who cares?". That's just another label. It may just be true(god forbids). Just like when people branded me with other labels such as, "good", "bad", "lazy", "smart" etc.. I may(depending on the situations) feels angry, and feel like killing somebody, and I may not. The point is, whether to express or not, those feelings. If I have a feeling to kill somebody, should I express it by killing somebody? Now that is freedom of expression. If, for instance, somebody who claims to act by the law, arrest me after the killing and somebody else(judge & jury) hold me liable for the killing and send me to the rope? That ain't freedom of expression! They'll justify by saying that I'm nuts just because they have set standards of feelings that we can and cannot have. Is that actually called freedom? (And "they" can actually do the killings freely).

So, if the western actually stands for the freedom of expression, let us kill anybody that we want to kill like what happen with the "Innocence of Muslims" incidents. You opt for freedom of expression right? Well I don't. It's not rational and not practical. Maybe we should bombs all the towers in the U.S. too right? Nah, just not my style.

What would anybody call a "freedom of expression" that is governed by set of rules and standards? Irony? Paradox? Maybe I'll just plainly call it, "Ridiculously Stupid". Got a nice touch to it.

What about "freedom of speech"? I vote for this one. It's what I'm doing now. But I know, there is no such thing. Maybe now, maybe later, there's always someone who's going to stop me, like they did with the rest. I know that you all know somebody so I'm not going to refer any to you. Speaking about "freedom of speech", here's an interesting open letter written by S.H. al-Attas or somebody that claimed to be him. You figure it out;

I haven't finish reading it yet because it's so long, but I got the points. He is dissatisfied by the Malaysian Monarchy system namely the Johor Sultanate that he openly wrote about it. I bet he won't get his "freedom of speech and expression" entertained, but that "Sultanate" can get their freedom of doing whatever and whenever as always.

Are any of you "people of the books"? Scholars? Most Muslim will refer "people of the books" or "ahl-al-kitab" to the believers of the four scripture, namely, Zabur(Psalm), Taurat(Torah), Injil(Bible), Quran, because that is what they are taught. But for me, any verses in the Quran that refer to "ahl-al-kitab" is anybody that study and learn with references. To me, most of the Muslims are not "people of the books". Why? Because they are ignorant. Same as the Christians. They just do as they're told by the preachers. They rarely feel the needs to study for themselves, refer to the books, be the "people of the books". What about Jews? Jews are rare where I'm from(Malaysia). I haven't met any Jews my entire life. Looking forward meeting one.

Just do what you want to do. Kiss people, diss people, kill people, heal people. Just make sure you have the guts to face the consequences. If you don't want to do anything, just keep thinking.

Thinking is never-ending.

Just - In Time

What is time? The question that exist when men was made known to its concept. The question that is as old as time itself. I already have a theory in mind. People are too liberal with the word "time". I think that almost all the people doesn't grasp the concept of "time" properly. I asked a few people who is smart enough(there are very few that I consider smart, degrees and PHD is not my criteria of smart) and they have their own ideology that somehow connected but not at all the same. So I thought, "What would Google "says"?". I search the definition of time and Google point out to me that there are 27 nouns and 5 verbs and there are a bunch of synonyms.

I thought so. Maybe time is something that we all don't know. Or maybe time does not exist. Or maybe some "time" is only applicable in some contexts. Like I said before, I have a theory of my own.

Ammar Zufar's theory of time;

The "time" only existence is to mark certain moments or events that occurred. All moments or events that involves our lives had already occurred. We are only living in the moments or events. There is no past, there is no future. There is only "this" moment or "that" moment. The said "time" is only like a page marker in a book. It's fairly insignificant for most of us. The "book" is already there with the pages. You are in all the pages that contains you simultaneously. Your "consciousness/spirit/will/life(I have yet to work out on this)" is  what determine in what pages are you at this moment."Time"'s only existence is for records purposes.

By applying the above theory, "time-traveling" is most certainly possible. MPD can certainly be explained. So fellow humans, what's the rush? Why are you afraid of dying? Maybe it's because we tends to be scared of the things we don't know? I can accept if you people tell me that you don't want to get hurt. Who likes discomfort right? So let us learn about death. It's obvious in this verse that we humans are nothing. Our lives are nothing.  He can give us death and he can give us life on his whim. He just "say", "Be!", and it's done. I don't need to point out that reference, don't I? That of surah yaseen. Remember?

Well, like they say, times is money! What is money? Money is that little pieces of paper(or is it plastic now?) that have an image of somebody "important" and a number on them that stated the index of its value. Yes people, the index, not the value. It's used to be when it was first introduced, 1 currency unit equal to 1 unit of gold(I don't know what unit). Now, can you even compare that paper in your pocket to any amount of gold? Negligible. And now is not the time to babble about inflation. I'll get that back to you all at other moment.

Back to time. Money is only as important as time. And to me, that is priceless, or is it price-less?

Insults

Long time no see everybody! Mina-san, konichiwa!

I have been busy, moving from east coast to west coast, and from west to east. So tiring. Now I fell like yelling at the traffic, shouting at the pedestrian, kicking dogs on the sideways, insulting religion... arrrggh!!

Nope. I'm dope. Cool as the drool, not like those ignorant fools, who got glide in their stride, shouting, and screaming, and hitting, and hating, and insulting,  and kicking and "F-ing" killing innocent people.

Come on humans! Time to wake up. Do something about that "angryness" of yours. It's not wrong to feel all mushy and sentimental and got your feelings worked up like the bull that's been kick in their testicles. But why act like one? Are you a bull, or a human? You can't manage your own acts and let your emotions taking over? WTF? Do you know what happens when emotions take over? You don't know, right? It doesn't.

Emotions does not take over. Emotions are mechanism to supply your body with extra energy for certain act that follows previous external input to the human body, e.g., got kicked in the nads, kissed by someone, being insulted, ate good foods etc..

What do you do with the energy? That's the real question? Let me give you an example;

A boy got kick in the nads. He then;

1. Yell and kicked back (act of violent)
2. Forgive and hugs the kicker (act of  compassion)
3. Cry (act of  acceptance)
4. Did nothing (act of "what!?"/senseless?)

See now? Lot of acts listed. But people tends to opt for option no.1. Why? The media!.. Wow.. Let's not point finger so fast. Let's think first. Why we even bother to act in the first place. Maybe because of this proverbs;

Then this questions arises; "Am I an empty vessels?" "Are you?" Think about it! Let me tell you a story about how I think;

1. An event occured. I got kick in the nads!
2. A question arises. Why Do I get kicked in the nads?
3. A series of questions and answers session occur in my head. Who is he? He is my friend. Did I do something wrong to him? I don't think I have. Is he really is the friends that I know? Maybe. How should I response? I can't response if I'm not sure if it's my friend or not. He seems like my friends but he doesn't act like my friend.
4. I ask to that person. Are you my friend? No!
5. Start to think again. Why is he kicking me in the nads? He looks like my friend but he don't act like one and he says that he isn't one.
6. And the thinking won't stop. And I can't act.

Most people would not even reach step 3. Why? Because once they have reach step 3, they won't be acting aggressive or violent. The more you think, the more compassionate you'll get and more thinking gets you act-less. It is like that. Thus can be concluded that the people who gets angry and act violent are either stupid, ignorant, lazy or they just have the affinity of killing people. People kill people because they think they are weak. Thus originates the saying, "kill or be killed". They have a weak mind, thus having a weak control of their own body.

Do you know that there is an entity that feeds of the energy released by the humans emotions? You know it by a lot of names and you can give it a lot of names. Just give one. This entity wants you to get all emotional and hyped up. They survive on it. They need to feed and they feed by your energy. So if you know about it, and you're still hyped-up, you are having it as a pet(belaan). If you don't know and hyped-up, your as stupid as shit. Yes, I am purposely provoking you so you could realize this. Get all emotional, and think! If words can hurt you, then you are extremely weak. You may need to toughen yourselves up. I can tell more about this entity, but your not ready. When your ready, you already know it.I hope you all can know it. It's interesting

Dr. Zakir Naik is coming to town (Malaysia) around the corner. He isn't even here and a lot of you already felt like your balls been kicked to mush. I'm a fan of him sure. But I also disagree with him on many terms. Let him talk. If you think he is being mean and stupid, try to convince him. Talk. Same goes for the Malays/Muslims. Talk to all the preachers and convince them they are wrong, if they are. Don't block them. It'll just show that your are stupid and not understand of your own religion. We are all stupid! Me included! That's why we need to learn to get along with each other, talk with one another;

Verse (2:41), Word 10 - Quranic Grammar

The tenth word of verse (2:41) is an indefinite masculine noun and is in the genitive case (مجرور).

From what we can see above, the word "kafirin" means disbeliever i.e. those who disbelieve. I can't help but to notice the ignorance of the people from my beloved country i.e Malaysia, and others who are as such, that believe the word actually meant "people who don't believe in God/Islam/right teachings of Islam etc.". It's is understandable to assume such meaning is appropriate in certain context, but to take it as a fixed meaning, from my understanding, is unacceptable. 

Peoples in this era are so easy with the word "kafir" as they seem eager to stamp it on the forehead of everyone who disagree with them. "You're Kafir!!", said he/she/them.. That phrase come often in every simple conversation when it involve religion/Islam/Allah/god. I just wish people would just use the word as it is. Even I got that "sweet" label by my elder sister a couple of days back.

Come on people. It's just simple word. Disbeliever. To disbelieve. I can be a disbeliever. I can disbelieve in a lot of thing. Hell, call me "kafir" or whatever. No need to get all political and hype up about that. Malaysians love to mix Islam and politics. So Secular. They don't know that Islam can't be mix with anything. It is in everything. It's the way of life. Come on! Read the Quran. Understand the Quran. Maybe I need to elaborate why people are so afraid to read and understand the Quran next time. To summerize it, it's taboo to obtain self understanding of the Quran. As Bobby Singer from Supenatural Series Would say, "Idjits(idiots)".

If it's proven not wrong doesn't mean that it's right,

If it's proven not right doesn't mean that it's wrong.

If option 'A' in faulty, doesn't mean option 'B' is free from faults.

There's always option 'X'. Think about it.
