I tried browsing the webs and shit trying to download and watch new blockbuster movies. Going to 'this site' and 'that site' and OMG!! 'website not found/available'. WTF!?. Thought that this was just the usual 'this' and 'that' but all off the file hoster got down? at the same time? and for quite a while? Finnaly found out that all the sites have been block by MCMC. Why? coz this stupid muthafucka 'Eneng faridah Iskandar' brings up the 'Section 41 of the copyrights act 1987' (don't need further explanaition on that/google it!!) and if the MCMC don't act, they will be imposed by this 'Section 263(1)Comunication and multimedia act 1998' blah3.. In layman wordings: it is a crime to allow that(paraphrasing some other stupid minister words). Maybe that make sense. But hey! The owner of PORN sites also are comitting crimes by violating the 'Akta 620 AKTA PENAPISAN FILEM 2002 : Section 5 (1) and (2)' which clearly states:

"(1) Tiada seorang pun boleh—
(a) ada atau menyebabkan dirinya ada dalam milikan, jagaan,kawalan atau pemunyaannya;

atau

(b) menyebarkan, menayangkan, mengedarkan, mempamerkan,membuat, mengeluarkan, menjual atau menyewakan,apa-apa filem atau bahan publisiti filem yang lucah atau yang selainnya bertentangan dengan kesopanan awam.

(2) Mana-mana orang yang melanggar subseksyen (1) melakukan suatu kesalahan dan apabila disabitkan boleh didenda tidak kurang daripada sepuluh ribu ringgit dan tidak lebih daripada lima puluh ribu ringgit atau dipenjarakan selama tempoh tidak melebihi lima tahun atau kedua-duanya."

Isn't that so obvious? I think this is bigger than the piracy as this topic is already nationally discussed. Did nobody knows about this act? Don't anyone send this kind of letters to the Ministries? Or maybe.. the letters 'didn't' arrive at the minister desk. Oooo... Maybe I'll send one and see if my letter also 'didn't' arrive.
